When you request a free review, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, area and website address.

Why we collect it

We use it only to reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is your request (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract).

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your details. They're stored with our email and form providers, who process them on our behalf.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@techcon.london. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
